The other day, I heard an acoustic version of a song called "Black Sun" from the new album that Ben Gibbard recorded for Sirius XMU. It was pretty good, kind of a slow, mournful country tune. Then I heard the album version, and it was completely underwhelming and hollow. At least youtube has the acoustic version.
