Well then, I can pirate the games with good conscience. The worst that happens is that I screw over some idiotic corporation. They don't want my money anyway. And the devs won't see a dime from this game, so no harms done.
What I liked about it was Morrison was willing to linger on the idea that the Freedom Fighters are, in this reality, perceived as terrorists. He writes them as, if not bad guys, definitely anti-heroes. It's a nice touch.
People that are religious will proclaim they are better for being able to keep their faith while the world tests them. Atheists will proclaim they are better because they are smarter, and are able to see through the lies and find the truth, that there is no god.
