The T rating always made sense when I played the games. Little use of guns (none really by the player character), no blood, no killing by the player character. Granted, the hand-to-hand was pretty brutal, but it didn't really hit the other markers of an M rated game. I wonder what pushed them over the line this time.

How did you come to the conclusion that the delay is because of piracy?

I'm not a GTA player myself, but I feel like that if I were, I would rather this be the scenario than them releasing an unfinished and broken game.
