Okay, this just confirmed it - I love this show. Two very fun and strong episodes right off the bat!

Keep in mind, that is ONLY for the "30th Anniversary" editions. The editions with the original artwork are still in print and widely available.
Ahh, I love this series! Didn't expect to see this reviewed here at all!
I'll put that on my watchlist! Thanks for the recommendation!
Tell me about it. Started watching and then actually turned it off. I didn't sign up for a dating show!
My goodness that was stellar. A fantastic, moody, and wonderfully disturbing mystery this episode, with some solid acting from the kids to boot. The way the events played out was amazing to see, and having Jim and Midnite back was so amazing. This episode played a lot like a love letter to Hellblazer fans!
I'm also clueless when it comes to gun language, so you did better than I would have, haha.
When she started pulling the trigger, I rather assumed it was causing some additional message. The reasoning was really unclear. But I do agree, the suspense with the scene did feel very fun, and it wasn't even until I read the criticism that I started to question that scene.
Regarding Dottie needing the Rifle, if I was understanding correctly, she was sending a message to him with flashes of light from the rifle?
jJohn sounds a little pissy.
Like episode 2, haha. They've been slowly sneaking it in episode by episode, and now it's basically normal. Which is odd, because it was a problem at the 10pm slot, but here at the 8pm slot, they're all good.
Thanks for the great season of reviews! It was your review of the first two episodes that made me definitely go check it out, and man am I glad I did. Really loved this season. The whole cast, with few exceptions, were extremely game for a wonderfully funny and meta story, and each episode was more delightful than the…
As a huge Constantine fan, and a sometimes watcher of Grimm, you guys are free to the comments space. The loss of your reviews and official space to discuss the show just sucks, and with Grimm airing right after, I don't mind it at all, personally! Keep it up guys, the dedication shows.
Ianto really lights up Merlyn's life
That was the song that got me listening to The Magnetic Firlds when I was much younger. Such a brilliantly pessimistic song, and Merritt's voice is so soothing.
I just want him to do one season of AHS where the entire season arc is planned out from the get-go, and isn't spitballed in the back half
I'm actually behind like 8 episodes. The show completely lost me this season. I might try and catch up, but I just didn't enjoy it as much as I did Season 1.
I attribute that partially to the terrible advertising of the time shift, in my view. The *only* reason I knew it was airing at 8 rather than 10 was Twitter, and I'd still almost forgotten, having happened to turn my television on slightly before 8 and then realizing.
Oh of course. Very few shows survive well on a Friday.
They've moved the show to air at 8 to see if ratings improve. Hopefully they do, so it can show NBC the bad timeslot was part of the problem.
