Came here to say this - thank you. Except I do really think endurance based lifting is underrated. Sometimes my muscles feel more swollen after endurance than strength. I usually do 4 weeks strength (3-6 reps) then 4 weeks endurance (20-25 reps).

I’m convinced that all we need to do is eat a plant-iful diet (sorry, couldn’t resist) with a variety of micronutrients and lots of fiber. I’ve never felt better.
