Very cool. Since we are trading off tonight: the Subdudes, a NOLA band.

Pure Prairie League is great. Haven’t heard them in ages. Thanks for the reminder. I so love this song and Amie in particular. Yay! Thanks, friend.

Stevie Ray Vaughan jumps right in with this one.

That was some sweet blues. I will now head on down the rabbit hole for more.

Baby Blue is excellent. Right back at you with A Well Respected Man. The Kinks in their glorious irony. I would post Lola, but everyone would laugh, including me. I dig the Kinks! Thanks for posting them.

If you want to go darker, She Talks to Angels. Black Crowes. The video is kind of cool, so I went with that instead of live.

Damn. Lo siento.

Dig the Kinks. And Badfinger, signed by the Beatles, ripped off by their money handlers, two of the group would commit suicide. They didn’t get to leave much behind, musically.

A song for later tonight, maybe, when the grill is gone. Fade Into You. Mazzy Star.

I got kinja’d. Tried to post Sgt. Pepper’s. No luck. Anyway, you've seen it.

Thanks. I dig a good back story. Luv is a music historian. It’s good to have another. Hoping DUAN survives, but we’ll find a way.

So, I know it's busy, but there's just so much to unpack. This is a stock pic, mine actually still has the plastic on it.

I dig the Wallflowers.

Excellent.

Who is this band?

Alison is a wonderful song that Costetno longer performs and, in fact, becomes annoyed if someone requests it. Guess he got tired of singing it, though I never tire of hearing it. Well, once again I am in awe of your knowledge . I don’t know the original. Thank you.

Huh. I thought I’d seen them all, huge fan here, but I missed this one. Thanks. One more reason this is such a great little community. My fav Costello song is actually Peace, Love, and Understanding, but I don’t want to be a post hog. Haha.

Lost in the mad tech crush. Though I admittedly love the convenience. I have come across some great album covers that I’ve framed for their art and because I will forever fan them. Led Zeppelin. The black and white. Sgt Pepper’s for the great art. Just a few.

So, I’ve noticed your eclectic taste. Are you an Elvis fan? Elvis Costello? This is one I particularly like.

Haha. I have the tiny Bose speaker that blasts more sound then my apartment can handle. Hilarious. Back in the day, I would own no other turntable than a JBL. Yep. With the best diamond needle and ritual cleaning before spinning. Sort of like Japanese tea ceremonies, it once meant something to peak away the plastic
