@R2B2: Agreed I have never had a issue with OS Xs finder, but Im more apt to launch things through tying in than through actually moving around.

@chris: you can do everything on Mac now too sept the coverflow thing which I think is just stupid. The difference is that I guess they make it easier or something...

I LIKED the old finder look, I think the iTunes UI is too cluttered and unneeded,

@geekboyuk: even if it didnt stay free, if they only charged 50 bucks for it it would already be 20 dollars cheaper than Parallels, for what IMHO is a much better product for those people needing to run multiple OS's.

if you live in a northern state its not surprising to not see a roach. I never saw roaches until I saw one in high school science.

@soslack: yes it does, DirectX 8 support, same support Parallels just got, and just as functional (IE its barely)

while not working with Powerpoint, if your a mac user, you should just pony up the 60 bucks and get Keynote.

test it first. The list of games that should work because they are DirectX 8 capable and have low system requirements but dont is VERY long at this point. If your game isnt listed in their supported games section of the FAQ you have a pretty high chance that it wont work, even if its a older game like X-wing alliance.

@LightningCrash: The Polish woman is Gawker Artist. And shes actually not groping herself, the square cuts out most of the image though.

We started pre-installing NeoOffice on our Macs in the district. While it takes some people a few minutes to get used to it, they eventually dont mind at all.

I'd love to use Camino but Gawker sites totally dont display right on it.

@RaptorCK: Really fucking funny when you remember just WHO the hell helped design and fund the creation of what eventually evolved INTO the Beetle.

@devnull: Oh that works fine, I just figure if Im going to be downloading the files to my computer though, I might as well continue using BoAs browser and maybe integrate all my accounts into their portfolio manager (which is also free)

@Tyler Hall: I haven't found it that slow on my first generation MacBook Pro.

Update: BoA charges 9.95 for direct connections which you have to activate depending on what account your have. So unless you activate it, and are willing to spend 10 bucks a month to let moneydance download it for you, it ends up you having to imput everything yourself, or downloading a file.

Im trying to work out BoA with it right now. Not going well though, while I have the right username and password, its telling me that I need to option activated which I was under the impression is automatically when you open up online banking.

GOD damn ENOUGH WITH THE CAMARO bullshit.

@aelver: Our district does student testing on them for reading comprehension. We also used to use them for data collection and analyzing for science classes in the K-5 grades.
