Maybe some with crippling student loan debt. And perhaps some who went to less than prestigious medical schools. You’d be surprised. Dallas TX hospitals (and the suburbs) have big money. But of course the small rural hospitals are always a different story, in every state.

Well dang. I do know licensed clinicians (of all fields) who do not follow appropriate clinical protocols and guidelines. So I guess even that’s no guarantee of quality care.
