That's silly. Why should they annouce a release date? They don't know when it will be finished. It's Nintendo not Ubisoft. They will release it when it's done and polished - not when somebody would like to sell games.

Presumably, it has something to do with Hatred's violent murder sprees, but there's no way to know for sure.
