This site, for whatever reason, isn’t reporting her side of the story. Her side is that this boy and another boy (who was also suspended) cornered her and started staring at her until she yelled at them to stop.
As a counterpoint, it’s also amazing what men get away with when it comes to harassing women. Look how everyone automatically assumes the girl is lying here... just like always happens.
The US also has a loooooooong history of assuming the girl is lying when she makes a harassment complaint against a boy.
