I’ve been feeling sluggish due to breaking my Lent fasts and eating all the bad foods I’ve been craving. Not a good choice. I’m trying to take a page out of your early fitness but not a morning person book this week, lets see if I can finally hit some AM workouts! Awesome progress on your runs, congratulations!

After my kickass week I had a less kickass time this week. Didn’t hit my goals as often but I was getting into the swing of a new job the last few days. My Fitbit was so sad at me. Now that I’ve got my shit together I think I can get back to my last round of awesomeness. Fingers crossed for a better try next week!
