Pretty broad category could be anything from riding on the wrong side or in the wrong direction, to not signaling, to not having the required reflectors, to wearing headphones, to not wearing a helmet (only required for those under 18, but they cops can claim he looked like a minor to them).

My university had stone panels embedded in our brick walkways (thanks Bloomberg!), and let me tell you, decaying magnolia petals on smooth stone are ludicrously slippery.

The flag of Georgia is literally the First National Flag of the Confederacy (the “Stars and Bars”) with the Georgia state seal and “In God We Trust” added:

True enough. Normally king and cal king mattresses take two part bases/box springs/foundations for that reason. The mattress itself is less of a problem since they bend, but they can still be really damn heavy.

Two twin XL mattresses together make a split king, which definitely is something some people like. As you say it let’s you have different firmnesses, and it allows independent operation of adjustable bases. It also gives you the flexibility to split them if you need/want that for whatever reason.

I suspect it’s because he thought Markey would step aside gracefully for a progressive, young Kennedy, and that he would win easily even if Markey didn’t because he’s a Kennedy, while if he ran against Baker he’d be challenging a popular incumbent. Looks like a bad calculation now.

Oops...

Not really, they work in totally different ways. You can say the deck is suspended from the cables, but the mechanism is not at all similar.

I can’t imagine someone pulling off this stunt under any other major suspension bridge in America.
