Serious question, while I wouldn’t use a 2 in 1 shampoo/bodywash (hair and skin are different), I do just get my face with bodywash. Is there any reason to believe this is terrible?

I mean it will clean your hair. It will just damage it as well. Better choice than not washing. Probably try to get that last bit of shampoo out of the bottle with some water first though.
