I call it the cauldron...

From The Guardian:

For the Times Square people, is your furniture safe? Are any of you feeling extra-comfortable all of a sudden?

I’d assume not doing the test is cheaper than doing the test, and that’s the profit source.

Tariff Man!

You can make a FWD car with RWD proportions, it’s just that you don’t need to. Tighter engine packaging means you can have a bigger cabin.

For anyone wanting a Nalgene, there are a dizzying array of colors and sizes, but this red one is only $10 (vs. $13 for the one linked) and looks decent: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001NCDE8E

Well most other places people aren’t going have much opinion on which wheels should drive a vehicle anyway. The most you might get in most places is “FWD is better than RWD in the rain, but I need AWD because it snows where I live”.

It would be lighter, cheaper, and would have more interior room. You don’t think those are improvements?

And those large RWD drive cars didn’t need RWD either. Just because something exists doesn’t mean it was necessary, and it certainly doesn’t mean it is necessary now. RWD is detrimental to this sort of vehicle.
