Sounds like Moon and Oblivion (which is so underrated).

I think this is one of the better films of the Marvel universe and hope it’ll be revered after some time has passed.

This is incredible! Really well done.

Synder also went on to cast and setup the most popular female superhero on the planet with Wonder Woman/Gal Gadot. I think, uh, that’s a pretty big deal, too?

DJ’s salary for Jungle Cruise was $22M.

MBJ is a true move star, which Marvel needs. They should have him return somehow and allow him to take the Black Panther mantle as an anti-hero. The storytelling that could be teased out of that would be incredible.

On the teen time loop bit: Project Almanac kind of counts here and it’s good.

Wilson has played Lex a few times now. And he’s weirdly good, with a controlled, modulated voice.

I don’t think there’s a sci-fi element to “Yes Man.” I think he just challenges himself to say “yes” more after a self-help seminar.

SPOILERS

I would argue that the franchise has tried to do new things, actually, and nobody has liked any of it. That’s the problem, though. None of the films have had the weight, seriousness or bleakness of the original two films. Nor have they had the craftsmanship of a James Cameron level film maker. If you put a prestige

io9 has been weirdly steadfast in its promotion of the “incel” narrative around this film. The movie is more of a story about the importance of public healthcare as a right than it is a story about incels. Weird takes, guys.

Are you seriously trying to spin this as if Joker wasn’t a risky and outside-of-the-box film? Come on.

Omg, more scenes? I think Muschietti needs a more restrained production partner or studio exec to guide him moving forward, especially if he helms The Flash. More does not equal better, which is clear as day with It Chapter 2.

They should’ve stuck a Thanos blooper in there, it would’ve been hilarious. Like him trying to snap and doing it wrong.

If you were impacted, you would have received a letter about it.
