The “safe” thing is on my last nerve. It’s crappy that Cross did that and he deserves some shit for it (modulated for the fact it was 10 years ago) but for the love of god she’s not unsafe (again, 10 years later) in any recognizable way because of it.

Christ, I loved that Ed and Norma finally got together. One of the best scenes in the whole season. And the look on Nadine’s face as she was marching down the highway with the gold shovel warmed my cold, black heart. But again it was pointless, being as it was completely divorced from anything of significance.

Before the new Twin Peaks Amber Tamblyn said she had read Dr. Jacoby’s storyline and said something to the effect of it being amazing and beautiful. It wasn’t and unfortunately, much like the rest of the season, it was completely fucking pointless.

That’s pretty much how I feel about Love. Why do I keep watching it? I loathe both of the main characters, and don’t really find it funny or entertaining.

My guess is that they would have somehow tried to spin it as a positive. Addressing the topic head on. I guess they still could...yeesh.
