The SVU episode did play a little revisionist history with Finn. Finn did not like Stabler in those later years for all the reasons that one probably wouldn’t. In this episode he’s completely vouching for him which I though was kind of funny.

Don’t forget the “Someone to gravely explain who Godzilla is/why Godzilla exists/what we did to the earth to deserve Godzilla.”
The sole exception is Godzilla v. Monster Zero. Where they stuck in a subplot where the token American actor was trying to get some from evil alien girl. IRL said actor Nick Adams was both drinking heavily and madly in lust with his co-star Kumi Mizuno during the production, and appears pretty crazed throughout the…
you do need a few humans to explain who these creatures are and why they’re tussling like drunks outside a bar on St. Patrick’s Day
Disagree. I hope he gets it (unless Burton is an option; I’m on that wagon). Charismatic and funny but yields the stage to the contestants.
And WHERE is LeVar Burton?? Honest to god, Jeopardy.
I like the line from Moby Dick: “In man or fish, wriggling is a sign of inferiority.”
And this is why guys who get all squirmy and scared whenever the topic of #MeToo comes up should always be suspect.
It’s probably true that some people were turned off by the Buzzfeed article, but I would think the bigger factor is the lack of crowds. From the few random times I watched, it seemed like a big ol’ housewife party that other housewives could sit at home and watch and enjoy. Now it’s just Ellen sitting around…
Well, with news about Middleditch coming out, this sadly gonna make this show somewhat less enjoyable for me.
But Bob’s Burgers hasn’t given me a reason as to why the AV Club doesn’t review Bob’s Burgers anymore!
I have been loving the content, especially watching all of the old Looney Tunes. My son is a fan now. I haven't had issues with the service myself. I can understand how that might be frustrating for directors.
Here is the thing with HBO Max. There plan to same day release movies and the way they sprung it on creators kinda sucks. That being said, as far as content goes they are probably one of the best services out there right now. So it’s a double edged sword with them.
Nobody other than Christopher Nolan thinks HBO Max is the worst. It’s one of the best, and probably better than Netflix at this point. But he did call it the worst. That’s why it’s in quotation marks.
“Uh, I think so Brain, but this time, you wear the tutu.”
The funniest/weirdest part of trying to reconcile Snyder’s vision of the DCEU with other DCEU movies goes to the fight in the toy store in Shazam, where there are just Batman toys on clear display.
WB really hoping audiences don’t remember they had previously presented this Batman as a guy who mutilates criminals,…
The Snyder Cult harassed one movie into existence and they can certainly do it again...
Warner Brothers is now learning the same lesson Bioware did with Mass Effect: as soon as you let the fans tell you what to do, they will never be happy ever again.
