It’s always disappointing to see yet another person suggest that people are allowed to have differing opinions on the worth, dignity and rights of others like it’s the same as having a preference for certain pizza toppings.

They’ll rebrand as a service that gives you access to all other streaming services for less than you would normally pay, with them making up the difference. It’s fool-proof!

It’s always shocking when I bring up Homicide and am met with blank stares. Apparently it’s not streaming anywhere.

He was fantastic.  A hill I am prepared to die on is the “Homicide” was the first prestige drama  on TV, and set the stage for The Sopranos and The Wire (duh). Consistently outstanding, and oftentimes fucking shattering.  It was an amazing show for broadcast television.  I can watch Andre Braugher interview suspects…

The best film of 2020 is Eurovision, the Fire Saga story (I know it’s not typical oscar fodder but 2020 needed more such films), but Palm Springs is my close second.

I honestly think this movie is less meant to be a movie and more an edgelord parade of fan service. 

I am a dedicated fan of the DC Universe. I vastly enjoy those characters than their Marvel characters. But goddamn does the DCEU need to salt the earth here and start fresh. I don’t understand the fans who think these are the ideal representations of these characters and that Snyder’s some auteur genius with insight…

My one hope for all of this: I never have to hear about the fucking Snyder Cut again. I generally try not to yuck other people’s yum. I get that Snyder’s style is not appealing to me and that’s fine. Enjoy what you enjoy.

But damnit I am tired of hearing about this fucking thing.
