The original novel is creepy. as. fuck. I read it when I was like 10 or something--I remember it vividly describes Pinocchio’s being hanged.

I’m not saying there’s never a time to clear your cache, but the entire design purpose of a cache is to speed things up. Clearing it will normally (by design) cause some additional slowness as the cache is rebuilt.

On my plug in as soon as you press the charge connector “trigger” the current flow stops. Is there a reason that DC chargers don’t act the same way?

I’m very confused as to why a locking plug is required.

Sorry if this is a dumb question: How are people supposed to use a space heater if the power is out and they’re not supposed to use propane, gas, etc.? Is the assumption that they have a generator?

Yeah, “breathtaking” graphics are totally worth spending more than twice what I spent on my last graphics card (a 1070 Ti). That was sarcasm, by the way. Hyper-realistic doesn’t even look very good to me, so there’s not any rush to get the big shiny thing they release every year or so.
