Was that Supra on racing slicks in those tests? It has a significantly heavier chassis, poorer weight distribution, and softer suspension than both the NSX and RX-7. I'm not sure how they achieved those results, but it defies physics if they were on comparable tires.

Having driven three of those cars in that test

And for the record, I'm 29. So I'm a millennial myself, I guess.

While it's not the only point that I disagree with, I cannot stand the "I can't afford it" argument. I think the worst trait of "millennials" is their complete lack of financial responsibility. The guy said it himself: the average millennial has massive debt. But how many of them live without smart phones? How many of

It's not going to be totally stock. I'm just doing the exhaust and ECU. I absolutely love the twin turbos.

The AST has been done, but the rat's nest is still on the to-do list. It's at very low miles at the moment.

Shameless insertion of my own car.

I think everyone should drive a third gen RX-7. There's an awful lot of rotary hate that I believe would change if people could experience how wonderful an FD3S is to drive.

Let's see, what's the biggest performance related downside of a hybrid drive train? Weight. What was the primary focus of performance for the GT86? Weight.

3400 lbs is really heavy for that sized car, and it's stupid heavy for a "hypercar". I'll be surprised if it's less than 3800 lbs, too. The amount of engineering required to make that heavy car go quick counters any of their fancy hybrid tech in my mind.

I should add that I loathe all the aforementioned "offenses" mentioned here, but I also don't pay for them.

How about the "because people are dumb enough to pay for it" argument? If people didn't pay for it, companies wouldn't sell it. That's the way the market works. Cry all you want, but you, the consumer, is ultimately to blame.

I wish PFS still offered the number of performance parts that they used to. It seems they are even now second to none.

I feel I should point out that any fans of the original that haven't played War of the Lions really needs to. The original translation was just awful, but War's was completely redone. It was such a good story that did not deserve its half-ass translation.

A Super Best Friends t-shirt? That's awesome. I'd buy one even now if I could.

I really don't understand the hate for SPEED's F1 coverage. You can't have television without commercials in the US. You're going to have to deal with that no matter where it goes. And what's wrong with the presenters? They know their stuff, even if one is (gasp!) an American. I find David Hobbs in particular very

On my last trip to Houston, someone cut me off while eating a bowl of cereal. I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was.

Don't forget the 50/50 weight ratio. No current car (that I'm aware of) has that combination of lightweight, perfect weight distribution, and power.

One manufacturer outselling another hardly means that the former makes better vehicles. The fact that crossovers are so popular should be evidence enough of how informed your average consumers are.

I agree 100%. I will be sold on EVs when they don't weight half a ton more than their equivalent internal combustion vehicle.
