Had one of these for years; same color even. Great little minivan - if my wife hadn’t gotten t-boned while driving it, I’d have it still. I’d consider that price a little high for a vehicle that old, but prices are still absurd out there. So if I was in the market, I’d be giving it serious consideration.

My little grandson LOVES trash trucks and always runs outside to watch, usually carrying his toy trash can. (Yes, they sell them.) The trash truck drivers can always spot a fan and they make that claw do the most amazing dances!

I learned to drive stick on an old Bug, and drove a stick Cabriolet for years and years. May I say that I detested it? The few times driving a stick is fun are (in my opinion) far outweighed by the times it is tedious and annoying. Especially going uphill in stop-and-go-traffic on a 110 degree day on the 405.

Living in a place with Santa Ana winds, I can assure you there are days when opening a car door in a supermarket parking lot will damn near rip the door off the hinges. Woe betide any car parked a bit too near when a gust yanks the door out of my hand.

Klüdgenfreude?

If you crack both front and rear windows on the same side of the car (even just slightly) the thrumming stops. The airflow moves through the car instead of creating a pulsating pressure wave. It was bliss when I discovered this.
