That order unfortunately ran for only 1 year. Not sure why it wasn’t renewed.
Interesting that you’re still defending the judge’s decision when (according to the updates you should have seen based on the time of this comment) both the U.S. Open and WTA have said there should not have been a violation assessed.
While I don’t expect anything to actually come of this issue, I think that you could make an argument that his call for people to boycott the league if the kneeling continued (not to mention calling for players to be fired) could be seen as both a threat and official retaliation. Admittedly, I’m not sure what amounts…
The below section from this SI article from back in September points to the federal statute that could be at play.
I don’t think I can watch a Jean-Ralphio gif (particularly this one) without legit laughing.
The entire shtick of the Stefon skits is that the writers are trying to get him to break, hence the switching of cue cards prior to airing and the complete ridiculousness of what they have him say. It’s all an intentional part of the character.

Northeast drivers are definitely more reckless, but out here they just lack driving skill and awareness. I mean, they have fucking stoplights to help them merge onto some highways one at a time.
THANK YOU!!!

Holy hell, this is bad, bad take.
I think this language would be more likely to apply in this case: “substantial loss or impairment of the function of any bodily part or organ.” Considering he has been to the hospital twice now for post-concussion syndrome, it would seem a strong argument could be made that he is suffering substantial impairment to…
That’s not just falling over, though. That’s driving a much smaller and unsuspecting person, who lacks any sort of protective gear, to the ground. Considering that we see guys much larger and wearing protective padding/helmets still occasionally get concussions after similar hits, I’d say he should have been aware of…
That was actually on the set of Terminator Salvation. The audio recording is great, but I suggest giving the soundboard a try.
