I have the feeling that the insurance will pay for it, but then work to get some money out of the warranty for the problems... Or maybe warranty will pay for it all simply to keep from legal troubles... Or who knows. Adding in the dealership for maintenance and warranty repair just adds to the complications.

News flash: uninformed consumer spends “give me the cheapest car you’ve got” money on a used car that wasn’t that great the day it rolled off the assembly line, nevermind after 10+ years of ownership by the prior owner who probably didn’t take that great a care of it either.

So how do you know if the dealership you’re going to is a reputable business and they aren’t selling lemons?
