The GI of honey and agave is way lower than cane/beet/corn sugar.  A few of us are diabetic.

Made it yesterday!  I did use 1/3 wheat flour and half stevia half brown sugar so as to be healthier.  It was great and easy!  The base lends it self to endless fruit toppings and variations.
