Was Lester mad? From the article, it sounds like he just doesn’t really understand what all the hubbub is about.

I mean, to each their own. I honestly wouldn’t care for anyone’s autograph outside of potential resale value.

I don’t find anything wrong with it, my “agreement” is that I find it odd that you’d want his autograph. And it kind of does hit on the whole youtube-viral-video culture out there, where it takes very little ‘skill’ (but a lot of luck) to become famous.

I think he’s responding to the fact that “nacho man” was signing autographs after the incident last night. He’s confused to how getting your nachos spilled during play gets you to “autograph” status.

Ah, that would make sense. If you can’t get it to make noise when on silent, then it’s not going to be the most useful. I can definitely see Apple having that ability locked down to system apps.

I was responding to a comment, where I was assuming a specific use case was not a stolen phone:

Honest question (as an Andriod user) - are there no 3rd party applications that can do similar without the ability to remotely lock the phone? I’ve used those in the past - either GPS trackers or “make my phone make a bunch of noise even if the ringer is off” apps.

I should disable the loss/theft-prevention feature of my devices to prevent theft?

First off, thanks for the well thought out, well written piece. That said, off topic:

I hate when people say this. That is the definition in chemistry. Words can have multiple meanings, and new meanings can arise throughout time.

Wear a Speedo. Everyone knows Speedo models are the top job.

I’ve always been one to ‘dress for the job you want, not the job you have’ - that is, over dress a bit. I will say I think it helped me as an entry-level IT (years ago). I wore slacks and a button down collar shirt, in an office that was casual dress. Over the years and jobs, I started to dress down more. I moved to

I find smaller strawberries to be better than larger ones. I also have the luck of living in an area where there are a huge amount of strawberry farms, so I get a really good selection at the farmers market. Right now they are so incredibly delicious.

Sorry - I didn’t mean to imply they top out at $100's of dollars - just that even paying in the 100's of dollars doesn’t mean you get long lasting durability in burr mill.

I’m not a Mac user, so take this for what it’s worth. The touch bar doesn’t really make any sense to me - the whole point of function keys are just that - they can have their own functions in differnt apps. Turning it into a touch screen doesn’t do anything other than a) take away tactile feel and b) turn the Fn into

Is Amazon capable of having make models wearing shorts NOT look like complete kooks? I’m in need of a few pairs of shorts, but every time I look on Amazon, I can’t find anything that just doesn’t looks horrible. I swear 90% of time it’s shorts with a t-shirt tucked in.
