You came here when they criticized that Leslie Knope article and just never left, right?

Did they put anything to Short Circuit? Aerodynamic?

I thought about including Better Off Dead and One Crazy Summer but really, they don't have the depths of Say Anything. Probably both funnier though.

Ok I just watched the second episode. I know the immediate reaction is to hate Jimmy for doing that but the look of shock, terror, and tears on his face really made me kind of pity him. He's obviously been traumatized by the idea of family his whole life and confronting the idea that his selfishness and hostility will

Say Anything, for chrissakes.

I've only seen the first episode yet but woof, that burned. Me and Enid have been dealing with similar situations as Gretchen and Jimmy; trying to work through depression and personal crises individually and being unable to support each other has been damaging. And we're much more functional people than Gretchen and

Which means she was really aiming low anyway. Nerdist was brand new in 2010. She basically thought she was blowing a Chelsea Lately panelist.

Same. I might try downloading FXNow again, hopefully they're both up soon.

Adult Swim is Rick and Morty, plus a million terrible unfunny shows that stretch what passes for comedy to its limit (Black Jesus is ok I guess). Hopefully the funny women seek opportunities elsewhere just on principle.

I've been listening to Against Me! so long it's a trip to realize LJG's only 36.

It's a testament to the design and richly developed world of Dishonored that I played it all the way through; I'm not much of a gamer and it was insanely difficult and stressful for me. I love the steampunk/Victorian nautical themes.

I put Dishonored down for over a year because I saved with no health right near a spitting plant in the sewer and couldn't get past it.

That I knew, I recognized her before the movie.

I have only just now realized Aya Cash was the secretary in The Wolf of Wall Street.

I'm intrigued by where they're taking the Edgar thing. He's been so sympathetic this season and to have him be unfunny and oblivious to his girlfriend sours that a bit. I still have a hard time feeling as sympathetic to Dorothy as some do though. It's a bummer to feel like your career isn't going anywhere but it's not

He reminds me of Iron Sheik a little. Just crazy over the top stuff.

I have empathy for Edgar, barely holding himself together in the face of dealing with PTSD and not getting the help he needs. I have empathy for Gretchen, clearly traumatized from years of parental emotional abuse and unable to find her true self while suffering from severe depression. I feel empathy for Jimmy,

It's really too bad she had to learn that people age right in the middle of an audition like that. You'd think she'd have figured it out when she looked in the mirror and realized she was not an actual baby but nope. Had to be told by a casting agent.

Knowing this show that was not accidental. Good catch.

They've been flippant about abortion since day one on this show (they call them abobos for fucks sake) so I don't see how now is the thing that put you off, unless you just can't handle that we saw it play out. Unless I'm misremembering I believe Gretchen referenced a past abortion in the first season, and offered to
