45% of US households pay zero federal income tax. It’s hard to give a tax cut to someone who doesn’t pay taxes. Of course most tax cuts go to the rich, they pay most of the taxes.

I can’t tell if this suggestion is a joke or if you’re serious. It would be hard to find a less reliable car that’s more expensive to fix.

But you’re landlocked. With either the Volt or the Model 3 you can get in your car and drive across the country. With the bolt you are grounded after your battery drains because there’s no fast charging network. Tesla’s charging network is the killer app here.
