I think it really just depends on the user. I honestly can follow the numbers quite well becausw I just visualize the 10-key setup. I also type a lot of numbers during the day so I know exactly where a 2 is as opposed to a 4 or 6, etc.

I mean it sounds like she’s trying to rap in the song to me.
I’m fairly certain that you just coined “PlayStation aesthetic”. Either way, bright and flashy colors have their place. Vibrant colors don’t always sell a game. When a game has atmosphere and a sense of mystery, it can elevate the senses - creating a unique experience that goes beyond bright colors.
I see “loot boxes” and I only think one thing: When is Jim Sterling going to do a video on this one?
Wait, isn’t one of the new guys the host of Gay of Thrones? Sorry Rich, I will be watching. :)
People have overreacted to this story. He apologized to her and left her alone. Is he still a douchebag? Sure, okay, maybe. We wouldn’t know. This happened in September last year. Perhaps leaving her alone was a sign he learned something. Either way, this was a private matter that she felt the need to demonize him…
I completely skipped over Xbox when it came out, so I never even held one of those things. It looks scary.
I used to sleep with my blanket covering my mouth because I was afraid that the facehuggers from Alien might show up and apparently the cloth was my shield.
I’m going to make sure I have no chairs near me when I sleep from now on as a result of reading this article.
The NieR: Automata soundtrack is my most favorite video game soundtrack. there’s nothing quite like it. My favorite track is Memories of Dust (Dynamic) - just everything about it is perfect, imo.
maybe it might be good for fighting games? I don’t see a benefit to it otherwise. And, of course, no fighting game enthusiast is going to drop $70 on this when they can just put that toward a fighting stick. Yeah this controller sucks.
I honestly agree with this. Sony didn’t prioritize BC and they have dominated this generation. The Switch, also no BC, and it was one of the most successful console launches ever.
Love the Evie placement. Syndicate is my favorite AC.
Furthermore, off the top of my head, the following single player focused games had day-1 patches:
That is simply not true. Assassin’s Creed Unity is the most obvious example, but I know several people in the industry and that misunderstanding is so wrong. Just wrong.
I agree with what you wrote. I think it’s common sense to know this is the direction we are going in the game industry. The couple people arguing with you neglect to acknowledge that to even play many popular games, they require day one patches. Where do they think that data comes from? Their retail store? Walmart?
You do realize that to even become functional, most physical media discs require day 1 patches. This content requires a digital download. It doesn’t rewrite your disc. The information on the disc will be the same in 20 years. Yet your patch information will be digital download only. This is why physical media doesn’t…
When I was young, my family used to go to Yosemite every summer to camp. We would always walk a trail to the little village where we’d buy souvenirs and ice cream, etc.
I think it’s Nancy’s stance that it doesn’t matter anymore. I don’t even think an apology would be accepted at this point. In her mindset, what is done is done. She really gave me this impression with her last interview (around the time that Dancing With the Stars was airing).
wow, thanks for recommending this! I’m listening right now!
