He follows R2's proud tradition of being more competent than his human allies.

do you mean BB-8 as in the one introduced in TFA or BB-H8 the one that’s with the First Order?

Though he quickly fell in line after it was made clear that Ren was not screwing around and now had complete conviction in his actions

it’s classy Greg Land

the main thing is that it should be funny as hell and heartwarming. Plus the idea of Kiteman getting grabbed by a bunch of drunk guys out on a stag night is hilarious to me

honestly I want that mini arc to basically just be them doing the hangover (wayne manor is trashed, Barry is still annihilated after running through time midway through the night, Hal has broken his wrist, an unconcious Kiteman is in the batmobile, Dick is missing and Clark is missing a tooth)

I don’t think so (beyond the 3 jokers), it hasn’t impacted this book remotely anyway

the whole gods thing got wrapped up with the end of Darkseid War

personally I felt with discovery it was too harsh, like Inhumans and Iron Fist were misfires but with Discovery, a show that honestly is quite good especially for a first series of a star trek show

I’m glad that Deathstroke made the list, in many respects it’s especially warrented since it went from arguably one of the worst books of the New 52 to being one of Rebirth’s best

do you ever contribute anything constructive? I swear every comment you post is some form of derision either aimed at the article or other commenters.

bowling ball and vacume cleaner man *sobs*

ah ‘twas nowt but semantics then. Sorry!!!

the whole issue was absolutely perfect

I mean it’s stupid in the vein of: the concept is utterly bonkers.... but the execution produced a fine book.

It’s not necessary as they are two wildly different takes on the character (like if you want context for riddler it’s worth reading Zero Year), but it’s worth reading anyway.

If you haven’t been reading dc for like 6/7 years why are you still following articles about it?

That is Barbatos, an ancient demon that has caused this whole event

that’s the idea of the event though: It’s deliberatly over the top and fun (literally aside from the origins of the Dark Knights which are ghoulish), which honestly is a refreshing change of pace for event comics, the big two’s past events have been pretty dour affairs honestly

so bad it’s good tends to mean that something is so awful it’s entertaining, this is more like Smart-Stupid; the concept is completely ridiculous but the creative team are smart enough to use that ridiculousness effectively..
