would def prefer the Wagon/Hatchback. Sad theres no WRX hatch right now.

I always find a way to say Subaru, ACTUALLY the new Outback (fully loaded) would be an amazing choice (she even already has the dog!). SUV-ish benefits (easy to get into and out of), drives like a car, fairly refined, 265hp may not be fast enough post Audi A8 though.

I used to work 2 miles from home for about 5 years. I really wanted to get an electric (street legal) golf cart and use that for my commute, but wifey was adamantly against it. The streets were all 25 mph so it definitely would have been doable for the 8 non-winter months

I get that the solar panel would never be enough to help in “the now”, but over the long-haul it absolutely will pay off in savings.  I don’t know why all cars that could benefit from solar don’t have it.

or license plate covers, that “protect” the metal license plate; and are in no way meant to obscure the view of the plate.

Legacy XT will be available again in a few months (was technically the Legacy GT before). That’s the sweet spot of affordable performance without being a magnet.

WRX and STI are different vehicles. The STI is 100% a look-at-me car and thus, has cops looking at that car.  The WRX is capable of looking subtle or standing-out, but the tricked-out ones are going to get just as much attention from the cops as the STI will.

Pretty sure the point is “we” aren’t celebrating him

Until he gets convicted, the term to use is “allegedly” he did this terrible thing. So he hasn’t “yet” been proven to have violated his probation, which we don’t even know is still in effect.

They both have to wait in line behind

Rush Hour and?

No you see, it’s different... because, well... REASONS!

Quite the Ironic Reverse Catch-22:

As I was reading I was guessing who the QB was going to be, I assumed Tebow would be the heavy-favorite

I was surprised I had to scroll down so far for this one

its either GTI or WRX. fun yet still practical

Simple easy answer is the WRX. M3 and Alpha’s certainly would be fun, but used BMW’s are expensive to own and you’ll be too afraid to street park it for fear of it being dinged; and Alpha’s are just not worth the headaches (as far as reputation goes).

Definitely a Name Of The Year candidate

yeah, it certainly CAN use regular gas, but its almost always a better value to get the higher octane (in both short and long term)
