See I won’t play this as a handheld and it will remain docked 24/7 and will be using a pro controller. However if performance is that bad while docked, I have to wonder if I should just forget it.

Seems completely acceptable and around what I imagined to be story. It amazes me that people assume that a game that was never sent to cartridge would be ready to boot when found on an old harddrive or workstation.
The guy says that he modified some values to hide the source of the rom (since checksum values could be traceable). He also says the splash screen was added because it booted directly to the first level.
Lies! There’s always room for improvement!
TLDR; if you didn’t make that game originally then you have no justification for watermarking it. It’s as simple as that.
He likely doesn’t have the original cart. He will have the source data ripped from a devkit, presumably its original assembly format. He can then alter it and compile a ROM from that rather than release the original source files in tact.
lol. maybe he accidentally saved over the original one when making alterations.
You should see how I react about food
If you watched the meeseeks episode and didn’t laugh, you can go fuck yourself
What a fantastic bundle. Lot of great games in there!
When it comes to DRM I have no problem when i do not know it is there, Denuvo for me is ideal i have had no issues with it and the fact it does eventually get cracked is not a negative as it means the games will always be out there for the archives.
Speaking as someone that used to pirate because I was too poor to afford many games / a kid: Not being able to afford all the latest games isn’t a justification for piracy, it’s just fear of missing out.
He’s right though, that’s what piracy is/was. Back when early sailors boarded another vessel and made copies of all their stuff, piracy was born.
Who are these people that send emails giving advice to companies? Let alone emails suggesting they cease their main function? I’m so curious about what goes into making that choice.
That’s stupid enough, but the fact they’d waste the time FINDING denuvo’s email and writing it out is mind-boggling to me.
Yeah, I’ve gotta say, I have absolutely no problem with DRM if it doesn’t fuck with the game. If you make your game always online as a way to stop piracy, you’ve lost my business. If it breaks the game in some way, that will also make me walk away. However, companies have a right to try to stop piracy. I’m not…
He was super annoying tho, so still hateable.
Like, I can’t hate Hau. He’s great!
Edit: NM, I was thinking of Barry from DP, not Wally. Wally’s OK in my book.
but he’s so nice
“Hau many more cutscenes until I can finally get through this route?”
Is that how you got into vore?
