I remember seeing the Rankin Bass Hobbit and Return of the King, that trippy ass Felix the Cat movie, and the Care Bears movie on the Disney Channel back in the day. What a time to be alive…

Does the Saint of Killers show up in the pilot?

What he said.

Go on…

Oogna igna chowa neha. Oogna igna chowa neha. Oogna igna chowa neha. Oogna igna chowa neha?

I also saw it in a nearly empty theater! The trailer for Money Monster just reminded me of it. It seems like for both movies the screenwriters said "Hey, let's remake Network."

Absolutely! Ideally it should be read in a Comic Book Guy imitating Rorschach voice.

I'd watch the SHIT out of that.

I asked for that Tarzan movie dammit!

I agree, I think there's a lot of value of taking old stories and putting them in different settings. I don't think there's ANY value in making prequels to stories we already know.

Okay, who's the executive who has a hard on for prequels from public domain stories that have NO BUSINESS being told?

As you should.

I saw the trailer for this with a friend. I turned to him and said, "remember that movie Mad City with John Travolta?" And he looked at me and said, "No."

What about American Pop and American Movie?

She can be both!

Clueless was HUGE in my middle school, right around the time it hit home video and cable. Those damn puffy pens were everywhere!

I can quote this movie all night every night!

A fucking mime! From the PLANET of the mimes!

Never forget "Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li"!

I feel like Snyder missed the point of his own movie…
