To be fair I’d place Disenchantment on the level of post-revival Futurama (I do not enjoy post-revival Futurama).

The important thing is you feel superior.

I’m Commento!

same. I like all the characters, and the setting is really vivid and nice. even though the first season wasn’t the best TV ever, I still rewatched it 2-3 times.

Maybe - I’d always heard growing up that you had to wash everything first or else the food particles clog up the drain. Maybe my life has been a lie

I’m not saying that people can’t learn and grow in terms of taste, but people seem to forget how much people loved Ready Player One when it came out, including The AV Club, which gave the book an “A.” I feel like that evolution is way more interesting as a phenomenon than talking about how good or bad the first book

At this point she doesn’t care. That she left the Jedi Order isn’t important anymore - it happened like 30 years ago and almost every other Jedi is dead now. Even the “I am no Jedi” line Filoni references was done to Darth Vader who was trying to make her out to be a hypocrite for wanting revenge; he was one of the

Wouldn’t have occurred to me, but I get what you’re saying.

Live-action skyguy and snips:

I doubt they hire somebody like Rosario Dawson for a one and done series. The thing that is clear for the broader audience it HAS to be live action. I can tell all my friends how wonderful Clone Wars is and most can’t look past the fact its animated. Nah, if we’re getting Ahsoka vs Thawn its going to be live action.

I did find it odd she didn’t correct anyone, including Din, when they referred to her as a Jedi.

With every episode more and more I keep going back to that rumour that Disney was terrified they had killed the golden goose with the one two punch of Solo and Rise of Skywalker. To the point that they were planning a creative hand off to the people who are now running The Mandalorian which lets be honest IS Star Wars

I like the overall aesthetic, but I’m not crazy about the “energy veins” or whatever they are all over the suit.

I’ll be curious to see where this season goes but a big part of S1's charm for me was its lack of ties to previously established characters/stories.

Wow...these are just phenomenal.
