MGS1 alone has Johnny's ongoing embittered relationship with the toilet, the rendezvous with Meryl in the women's toilets, the hilarious grapples with guards haplessly spraying their bowel contents into urinals (everyone tried slapping C4 on their backs, right!?) and wolves using your cardboard…

well, it was still an invasion of the human territories whether it began in space or underground. As far as I'm aware the details are still pretty vague.

the invasion began in Russia actually, prior to the events of the first game. Europe is almost completely overrun by the time they reach British soil!

correct. I was hoping more for the cross platform chat capabilities, the automatic internal updates, the shared trophies/achievements and perhaps even the ability to download the PC/mac version as part of a bundle.
