Its the notion of gaming as targeted specifically for men that should be challenged though... There's no good reason why games, like films, TV and music, can't appeal to both demographics. @GundamAC195: for two of my replacements (its happened 3 times so far due to a dodgy refurbished unit) they've sent a courier to pick up my console, and give me a replacement there and then. Last time however they took it one day and got a replacement out within 3 days. Thats in the UK though, so it might be different…
