Think I have I have posted this before. Several years ago I purchased a vehicle from a local dealer that I had dealt with before, 2 used trucks and one new car. I had arranged my own financing but they said they could beat the rate I was given. I told them then girlfriend/now wife and I were taking the truck and

My wife’s grandfather was one of the people who helped design and implement this for the Air Force. If half the stories I have heard about him were true he was a BAMF

I drove for our Brigade CSM for a couple months, Little did I know when I volunteered the reason the CSM could not keep a driver more than 2 months was he was batshit crazy. The Humvee had been introduced to our division the end of 86 and first part of 87. This was 1988 and this dude REFUSED to have a Humvee, had to

As a gun owner I completely agree with you. You can buy a cheap trigger lock for less than $10 and a full handgun safe for less than $50 (probably way less than that) and a locking cabinet for a rifle for less than $100.

Let them do this the right way so he gets a court martial, and a dishonorable or bad conduct discharge. I believe that those will bar him from LEGALLY owning firearms, ever working in law enforcement, anything with a background check etc.

This is what happens when your family tree looks like a telephone pole

I have a 15 EcoDiesel and if FCA and Bosch would hurry up and settle the lawsuits I will buy an 18 EcoDiesel and get the options I should have got last time.

My wife is from California, everytime we go back there it takes me 3 weeks of using the cruise control on the way to work to break the habits of driving 90 everywhere I go.

My ‘11 Jeep GC had a wooden steering wheel and that is one of the many things I really miss about it. One of the few good things about pre airbag cars was the ability to add a custom steering wheel.

I have seen a fairly new Yukon Denali for the last 6 months with a broken windshield on the road most mornings. When first saw it windshield was fine....truck is easy to spot has some butt fugly rims on it plus it is lifted. My thought was you spent 60 - 70k on a vehicle but cant afford a new windshield?

I have a 15 EcoDiesel and am waiting for the lawsuit to finish before I trade but if it finishes before the 18s are all gone I am jumping on one

My 13 year old daughter watched that commercial and asked with a straight face “Is he really that freaking stupid and why doesn’t he just google how to change a tire?” and she has no desire to do anything vehicle related but ride in one.

This is what happens when you dont use your engine to help slow you down in a semi on steep or even shallow grades that are long.

Some distant in-law redneck related to my grandfather once said at a picnic (I was 16 at the time and just learning to drive) to not worry about big rigs behind me, because they can stop faster than the crappy Japanese car I had (Honda). O_o

There was a great deal of sarcasm behind my comment, I would retire on a lot less than 811 million dollars. That being said I like my job and what I do, have a 7th grader at home so it’s not like the wife and I can take off and travel the world outside of summer vacation. My car collection would be rare cars that you

I am working one more year then retiring that is $811,200,000. Even after taxes I think I am I set. Granted my desire to own a car collection that makes Pebble Beach look like a cruise night at the neighborhood bar make take a lot of this ok 18 months LOL.

I hit a possum on my Ultra one night, one minute nothing on the road, next minute THUD, still not sure how I didn’t go down. I know at least the front tire was off the road and when it came down it started to tank slap went back and forth 2 or 3 times then straightened out. Pulled over at the first crossroad and

I agree that electric is the future for most vehicles, but currently cant tow a lot of weight with electrics. Until this is fixed will there will be a need for diesel vehicles even if you do a diesel electric like a locomotive.

I would love to stay with a diesel engine (have 15 ecodiesel ram) so I hope this is true. At this point I am waiting for FCA to get a fix for my truck so I know if I want to/can keep it. Biggest worry is the “fix” will cost me power/torque and mpg so will end up driving a fuel guzzling diesel instead of fuel guzzling
