Never mind.  I asked around and apparently Trump waived the privilege.

Why is it that Cohen can release these tapes?  Aren’t they covered by attorney/client privilege?  As much as I despise Trump and would like to see something lead to his downfall, I don’t understand that aspect of what is going on here.
