Thanks for the note, it was more general rather than specific to myself. I’ve ridden a CB500X, wonderful do anything bike.

I’m just curious how Bradley will think of it. Power is one thing but so is seat height, balance, weight especially compared to a newer tech 300s which the vast majority of younger riders are starting on.

They are. If I sold my car I could get by with a either decked with a winter wheel set, boxes and a top case. 300 if you do more city commute riding the 500 if you do more highway commute riding. Both will do weekend city escape excursions just fine.

Do you think it’s a viable option for a first bike for someone who would start on something small? It’s priced sort of around a 500cc and just north of a 300cc.

Issue is it becomes a really big bag of worms to drag individual officers to court because it’s a challenge of integrity. It opens up the possibility of cases where the officer did make good judgment to come under fire by undermining their credibility.

It’s really down to a lack of definition. The BCMVAR doesn’t specify the parameters of exhaust noise testing, just the dB limits, so the VPD are now abusing the authority given.

Even better: How about the VPD giving VI to bone stock sports cars like a BMW M4 press car? Even a week old X3 M40i got one because of being in sport mode.

Partially agree. For me it’s temperature. The reason why they aren’t called snow tires anymore is because people should be using them in winter conditions, and that may or may not include snow.

Yeah, when you’ve decided in full consciousness to JB Weld a seal leak it’s time to scrap the vehicle.

To be fair, we’ve also been at war for what over a decade with portrait videos, no?

The impressionables already out here buying 4 years worth of TP, Don’t give them a reason to make it 8.

No no, this was a team effort!

I’m aware of how it got out of the grey. I’m expressing my displeasure that one of our Jalops decided it was of comment caliber (and those that stared it as well).

I don’t get why that reply was let out of the grey. This is unbecoming of Jalop commenting; the typical condescending forum shit post of being the correct but overt asshole for the minuscule lol.

Mossy Review. This guy cracks me up every damn time.

Up to you but if you’re set on sport I’d look at sport naked. So you have a more up right posture and able to buy something like risers or high bar that can get the hand controls up and closer if needed to reduce your back angle if needed.

Also 2nd Adv. Consider Supermoto and Sport Touring bikes too. Depends on what you want to do riding and what your ergo issue is (I’m assuming legs/knee angle due to tall inseam?)

It’s actually really a marvel because most people assume a bike like this is just insane performance for the road. It’s actually not too much different than a 600 in the normal and rain modes when you don’t wrist it and just putter about. It has more ‘legs’ though. Still a bit bummed the single R wasn’t refreshed yet.

Devils advocate: The parking spots are too damn small.
