I haven’t ridden it but recommending $14k was a bit below the belt I think haha, no way they could undercut Zero. I could see them making a case for the bike around $20k.

That’s the thing.

Given the companies history with Buell and their treatment of demographics that do not align with their bread and butter buyers. Are the dealerships actually going to try to sell the Livewire to people? Or is just going to be placed in the back corner as a showpiece and lookers are either bamboozled into a say an FXDR,

Illusions of Grandeur.

Nice. I think it’d be a fun project vehicle. Simple enough, but some parts must be getting harder to find though.

This thing screams diesel conversion. Way more fitting of it’s utilitarian character. Just looking at it I can hear the clatter and turbo whistle.

I would want to restomod it but keep he patina.

I know Polaris touts it as a moto but just... No. It has more or less the same footprint as a subcompact and having a steering wheel and a seatbelt makes it a car. I think it’s just so people go out a buy a helmet, but I’ve seen people ripping them without... If someone told me they owned a motorcycle but turned out

I’ve seen people bring up different positions and it’s arguable given the circumstance. The big thing is to be noticeable and have an escape route.

It WAS meticulously maintained. When you have to bump start a bike dripping oil with a cracked fairing it’s no longer in a meticulously maintained state.

I think you were taught wrong TBH.

Usually it has to do with one of the tires PSI being off from the other. Even as little as a 1.5PSI differential can cause a dramatic crash such as this! It’s wise to invest in a high quality and accurate digital pressure gauge so this never happens.

Always reflective when I hear another rider passing away. No matter if it competition or someone just trying to ride home from work.

Now playing

Came across this old gem a few days ago [first I’d seen it being an old man now apparently]

I see things like this and think that computers should have stayed insanely expensive. Same goes for air travel.

It’s a bit of a laugh considering I was at 30kph over most of the way from Hope to Cache Creek on the bike. On the way back from another hwy the month before I was running way over impound on the not so straight bits trying to catch up to other riders. Well within my comfort and the bikes limits.

Police seem heavy up there this year. Sea to Sky? More like See the Police these days. I did my fair share of runs last year but haven’t gone up 2019.

Would be bad ass to see on the street, I guess the next best Honda moto would be the Rune? Except it was expensive and Honda didn’t sell very many. Really neat bike though. Local guy has one, I always enjoy seeing it. Stock its too quiet though, especially at idle. Needs some growl:

That guy is a whackadoodle and should be thrown back in the greys.

If I cared, then I’d ask to view the data, before writing off a spoken generalization completely. Just because it wasn’t available and shared doesn’t mean the research wasn’t done. If I gave 2 shits, I’d then do my own research.
