I guess I am old. Saw the lead picture and rolled my eyes. Read it was based on a replica GT40 and still came to the conclusion it still shouldn’t have been done.
So you agree with me that owners need to supervise their Tesla, yet your implication is that the pilots need not supervise their aircraft because the system has been honed for decades.
True.
You missed my point.
Well to be honest, the general public doesn’t understand exactly what autopilot does in an aircraft either.
This is not where to clean your pearly white altimas...
Unfortunately I’m not sure. I took it off the FB rider page I’m a member of as someone had a friend give it a go. Looks like wicked fun, my friend is considering doing it locally.
There are ways to ride that mitigate that from happening though. A lot of it is positioning the bike correctly in traffic to be seen and have the space/low enough velocity to react and have an escape route. Intersections (left turns or turners) are where they’ll try and peg you and it’s the time to be extra cautious.
It’s a good little city bike. Fun to learn on and hoon about. Scariest bike I’ve ridden was a busted CBR125 though, I think I’m a psycho because I take solace in power.
In know you’re being factious.
Sad isn’t it. Takes one product to swear off an entire brand.
Probably best to buy them in the Summer. I got around to it around mid Nov last year and it was hooped.
That was a horrendous 1/4mi for that bike.
