My cousin is now married to a guy she met her freshman year of college. They were friends THEN and she had about 5 or so long term relationships (including a marriage) in the meantime. They ended up back in the same city and less than a year later were joint homeowners who were pregnant and married. It happens!

Holy shit... It's TOTALLY Suri! The EYEBROWS!

I'm having issues seeing comments on Dirt Bag today. Is anyone else?

YES!!!! Mr Tutie is SUCH an asshole when hungry, he knows he is, but I'm the bad guy for making him eat something so he isn't such a jerk.

The VA disability helps A LOT, doesn't it? "Luckily" I have issues that are degenerative, but will still allow me to work an office job, so we might eventually be able to be out of debt. (Husband has $40K in school loans, the house is $130K at this point)

I know! I remember reading about Helen Keller and how when she could speak, one of her first "real" sentences was "I am not dumb now" - I thought it was the literal term. "Non-verbal" always seemed to be a euphemism for "literally has no language (including sign) to make themselves known".

Except I don't have the extra money to save! I budget how much I can spend and then try to get everything I need for that amount of money. Sometimes I can't get as many groceries and that week we eat a LOT of rice or potatoes. The next week their might be sales and I can get more. But I don't have extra money to

I was going to mention The Darling Buds of May! I don't think she's lying by 10 years, but definitely 5.

I realize that there were 2 ways it could go. The happy ending where everything works out OR what actually happened - or it could have been the other lead. Doesn't make me like the end any better. I talked it through with Mr. Tutie immediately afterward and remarked on how bold and brave the choice was. Not that I

None of us want to wreck it for y'all! We're not saying. Just know that it's MAJOR and out of left field. It's the type of event that would almost make you wish you hadn't devoted any time to reading any of the books because it changed everything.

Any science behind that? Or just a Dr with an opinion?

Do you butter the bread? I butter the bread. My family LOVES my cheese toasties. I also refuse to make a "grilled cheese". (mainly because i burn them EVERY time)

Fuck that. I love BOTH my toaster oven AND my microwave. Different uses. DIFFERENT USES.

My mom made sure my grandparents were in a good assisted living place on their retirement money and THEN spent their money down (on both their care and other) so they'd be able to qualify for help and get more services AND be able to stay in a good building with excellent care. It didn't take long to spend down their

She's such a whiner. I follow her on tumblr because she is a great at aggregating online places for me to shop. But seriously. The WHINGING that she does. It's the internet, she's lucky they credited her at all.

I know that. Robby, at age 10, DIDN'T. But when you are growing up as the ONLY Indian family in the school district? We had graduating classes of 150 to 190 (only after 2000 were they 190+). So, lets be generous and say 700 people grades 9-12. Less than 1% black. There was 1% asian, but except for the 1 girl

I went to school with a Sikh family (suburb of Minneapolis) and the parents were pretty cool about letting the kids decide whether or not they wanted to follow the religion. The kids decided that since they were now American they wanted to BE (act) American. Robby only wore his turban the first year, which was 3rd

I have a friend who is deaf as a result of a bad vaccine reaction as a baby. She has gotten EVERY single vaccine since and made sure her baby was vaccinated for everything and will continue to vaccinate. She says she'd rather have a live child with a disability than a dead child.

They can live "good lives" BUT they are usually very HARD lives for the family surrounding them!

My husbands himalayan/maine coon/ragdoll is the biggest prick where the 1 year old is concerned. He's bitten him once (and ONLY once) because Mr. Tutie was teasing him while holding the baby and kitty bit the wrong person.
