Dropping by just to make sure the AV Club keeps up the reviews. Also Netflix I know you're totally trolling these reviews to see if people like the show, and that's totally ok. I forgive you, just renew the show a second season and we'll be nifty.

He's like an early season Leslie Knope, before the shrillness and pushiness began to encroach in the later seasons.

See I completely disagree with this, because it's not like she didn't have a plethora of other underlying issues that ultimately fed into her drug/alcohol addition - she needed rehab to treat her eating disorder, depression, and self esteem issues. She had attachment issues that led to her co-dependence on Blake which

It's true to an extent though. By "YOU"RE ALL RESPONSIBLE", they're talking about the tabloids who swarmed an addict in the effort to sell photos to magazines that people were buying to laugh at a girl who hit rock bottom. They don't literally the entire public is to blame.

No shit he wants to make a documentary so that he can make himself look like the hero that everyone knew he wasn't. This guy is just a complete scumbag and don't care how harsh that sounds. Honestly the definition of a deadbeat dad - walks out on his family, comes crawling back when his daughter hits the big time, and

Get your facts straight. Frank was hit in the UK before Black to Magic went on to sell 3 million copies. Just because she didn't achieve worldwide fame with Frank doesn't diminish what was an incredibly solid debut which showed the promise on an incredible talent.

Yeah. Same Trailer Different Park was one of the strongest debuts I'd heard in a very long time. I'd never really understood the appeal of country music until I'd heard Kacey's album and realized what real country actually sounds like. It really is a storytelling, narratively focused genre more than any type of music.

Yeah this is a girl who says that she'd love to experiment with her next record and make a surf rock album. Not your typical country girl. These are all the things that make her different and special and I wish she was bigger on country radio because she has a voice that deserves to be heard.

I had so much respect for her because you just knew there was a chance she was gonna get completely blacklisted by country radio after releasing Follow Your Arrow as a single.

I'm so glad the AV Club is finally reviewing Kacey. Same Trailer Different Park was a fantastic album, debuting a new artist who wasn't afraid to speak her mind no matter the consequences. She's such a breath of fresh air in an increasingly stale genre.

Ugh every season I struggle to pick a favorite. My brain is telling me to pick Taryn Manning this season for the incredible work she's done, but my heart is pushing for Gloria, Nicky or Red.

Definitely something I didn't consider. Very good point

Really? I thought the general consensus was that Laverne Cox was a great actress. Maybe not around the AV Club parts but just in general.

I didn't even like Tricia but when I think about his involvement in his death, I just get irrationally angry and forget any attempts to make him sympathetic. Don't think I'll ever really get over it.

Yeah…I can't really argue with your points because they're completely valid.

It's the small things that get me through the day.

But even though she's been there long enough, Soso's still naive about how the prison system works. She still thinks that she can connect with the other inmates despite their vastly different backgrounds.

Wow I'm impressed. As much as I wanted to see the fall out, this episode left me too emotionally drained to keep binging.

Angie has this earnestness to her that I've always loved. She's really just a big child….ya know if that child was a huge meth head.

She's frustrated. They refuse to treat her different at that point. They hate her already. Why not just play into it at that point?
