Probably not, modern air brakes don’t apply the brakes when you step on the pedal, the air pressure keeps them open so when you push the pedal down, it’s releasing pressure from the system. This way, if you lose air pressure in the system, the vehicle will stop.

She clearly has a mental disorder of some kind just from seeing her car piled with garbage. It’s a clear signal that something in her is broken. What’s truly sad is that she is in jail and not getting the help that she really needs instead since, like many in our “wealthy” country, lack proper healthcare.
