As I have said before I doubt Roe is overturned on a 5-4 vote Roberts wouldn’t allow that to happen even if he himself thinks Roe was poorly decided. That said would he vote to overturn Roe in a 6-3 decision... yes, yes he would. One more seat and I think they got it but not right now.
