My theory is the unholy cabal that runs the Republican Party wants only just enough women in Congress (and government in general) to not get called out too badly for having no women in it at all.

Okay.  So, I totally get if you all hate me for this.  But I LOVE this lawyer.  I mean I really don’t mean to minimize the awfulness of this criminal, but this is pretty hilariously ludicrous, and I think the lawyer is brilliant for coming up with this. 

I cannot tell you how angry the anti abortion assholes in various legislatures have made me when they have refused to pass laws against child marriage based on their fear of an increase in abortions. I hate hate hate those assholes.

This feels right to me. Using an argument meant to control women’s bodies to justify an act meant to control a woman’s body.

SO UH. Can we use this court decision as further proof that LIFE DOES NOT BEGIN AT CONCEPTION!? If we literally cannot even calculate a person’s fucking age starting at conception, with age being the measurement OF YOUR LIFE, then maybe LIFE DOES NOT BEGIN AT CONCEPTION.
