My old X1/9 still stands as the most fun car I've ever owned. I live on Hwy 1 in northern California. One time after a repair I went out for a test drive and had so much fun that I ended up a good 60 miles from home where Hwy 1 straightened out and I remembered it just suppose to be a short test drive.

You know if you drive Cadillac you're more likely to die of a stroke, heart attack, or old age than in an accident, but an accident may follow one of the afore mentioned events.

I guess there's a limit to what you can mount in the bed of be of a Toyota Hilux. I don't think that's going be covered in the warranty.

This is why we can't have nice things.

Do any of the thousands of other people who have been working hard to make Ford profitable get a share of these bonuses? One would hope so.

Back in the early eighties when I was playing in a punk rock band I drove I primer grey 1970 Chevy Nova. I called it my urban assault vehicle. Unfortunately no pictures of that car exist so I'll post the only picture of the old Flipper van.

Thanks for posting that. I enjoyed it immensely.

could think of a few things, but I like this one.

Looks like its nicely done. He put a hell of a lot of hours into it, but if he thinks he's going to get paid for all those hours he's been smoking crack.

@sdvictor: I'll have to plan a trip to Truckee.

this saddens me.

For some reason I'd rather see a soccer mom driving one of these rather than a Ford Explorer, but do I want one? No.

That looked like fun. Where can I get a snowy empty track to play on here in Northern California?

My Dad would a get a new Pontiac Catalina company car every 2 years.

One woman I knew early in my life told me that her mother gave her some advice "IF you hook up with a care he wont spend money and time on other women, but he will spend a lot of money and time on his car." Sound advice.
