I’m running SF on a 9th gen i7 and a 2070-qmax. I run it on med settings with 0 lag. High is doable, but not as smooth as I’d like. With the speed of the game, you aren’t missing out on any crazy difference in fidelity. No*need* to try to squeeze out useable frame rates when you can just drop the settings one notch…
