“It was a joke for (my husband).”
It's all fun and games until you get sued for malpractice, battery, and failure to get informed consent, and then get dropped by your insurance carrier and no hospital will gives you privileges.
I have no idea if he’s a good Catholic male, but he’s a shitty pharmacist and should be fired.
If you literally CAN’T do your job then you’re in the wrong profession, my dude.
An employer paying a female worker less than a male counterpart because they can largely get away with it and it happens to work out better for the bottom line, isn’t any less misogynistic. Sorry to break it to you. These are actual people making production decisions not capitalist drones who don’t know any better.
LOL I didn’t say anything remotely suggesting it’s his fault this happened. He is clearly not a great actor but that doesn’t mean he did anything wrong. But that everyone jumps to defend his poor little feelings is hilarious.
The idea that Doctor Who fans would flock to a show like The Crown merely because of the ever mediocre Matt Smith is so ludicrous that I don’t believe for a second that anyone passionately defending the idea really believes it.
And you know that no one explicitly thought this because...?
Oh wait, you know a few accountants. Sounds solid.
Yeah, the producers are all for ‘rebalancing of the industry’s treatment of women’ after they’ve already been exposed. Foy won the Golden Globe for season one, and her salary wasn’t renegotiated thereafter, nor was there any attempt by the production company to address this until the story became public.
Also I’m…
“I guess I tried to force myself on her,” Alperin told the police. “I feel like such a terrible person for it.”
No, you feel terrible because you got caught and have to face the consequences. If you weren’t a terrible person and fine with it you wouldn’t have assaulted her in the first damn place.
Yep, isn’t this a magical fucking world where all of a sudden despite every single court in the US using it as evidence, that direct witness testimony from the victim is now not evidence?
I think she means like an affidavit, you know like the one Ivana filed when she was negotiating her severence pay from the Trump Organization position Melania currently fills.
It’s convenient that victim testimony magically stops counting as evidence whenever rape or sexual assault is involved. If a victim identifies the person who mugged them, that’s evidence. But if a victim identifies the person who sexually assaulted them, it’s a grossly unfair character smear that means nothing.
Democrats everywhere need to fucking grow a pair. The shit we’re fighting for benefits EVERYONE. Living wages. Medicare for all. Affordable (or preferably free) Higher Education. Criminal Justice reform. Fuck playing nice, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY let’s get this shit done
Everyone - “Surviors don’t come out because people judge their credibility and hold them to unfair standards of behavior.”
Perfectly put.
Wooooooowwwww. Fuck. You.
Did you ever consider that maybe she is a “total train wreck” because of trauma she has suffered? She also is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse by her father starting at age 6. Not sure if you know that. As a fellow CSA survivor (mine started at about age 4) I take issue with the fact that because someone has…
I heard he’s going to be directing a production of Street Car starring Lindsey Graham as Blanche Dubois.
