This biggest issue here is the workers. Unless something has changed since the last time I flew, airlines aren’t loading baggage and prepping planes for departure at 30,000 feet.

If the business is struggling, they should do what their riders do when their bikes are bogged down - leave it in a high gear and give it maximum throttle, creating a great deal of obnoxious noise and achieving very little else.
