I'm happy to hear this. G4 abandoned its audience years ago when they took off shows like G4Tv.com and Judgement day. Outside of X-play every single thing they run now is absolute crap. Even AOTS has become a bad frat house joke. They gave up on their real audience and started trying to cater to the frat house drunks.…

@XeO3: Well with Rock Band you don't have to be seen by the game.... you can set it up anywhere and play the game as long as you can see the television. Not so with Kinect.... not to mention that the launch lineup looks worse than the PS2's.

@Batousi: My negative reaction is because the resources used to promote this toy for "grandmas and girlfriends" could better be used developing new IP's that matter... remember MS at this year's E3? It was Gears, Fable, and Halo.... then it was kinect puke for an hour. Shovelware that people will play for 10 minutes…

I think a big thing people are forgetting is the fact that kinect advises having about an 8 square feet area to actually play games... I don't know about you all but I have an average sized living room and it would be a pain in the ass rearranging everything every time I wanted to play the damn thing.... I think a lot…

@I put Racing Stripes on myself, but I didn't go any faster.: I log in automatically... in fact it logs in a little faster than my PS3.... not enough to make a deal about, but it does it.

Awesome.... another two months of trolls crying about how they hate this update and how they should be able to revert back if they want.... guess I'll be staying off the internets for a while....
